Le Blanc de Fontenil is a white blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay, Muscadelle, and Sauvignon Gris, harvested by hand from a hilltop plot. Fermentation occurs in concrete barrels, followed by nine months aging on lees. This wine displays a clear golden color with fresh, intense aromas of passion fruit, citrus, ripe apples, white flowers, honeysuckle, and subtle spices.
