Founded during the late Middle Ages, Chateau Brown was named after John Lewis Brown, a Scottish wine trader who settled in Bordeaux in the 18th century. The 2021 vintage was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and aged 12-16 months in 40% new French oak barrels. This robust red offers aromas of dark cherry, crushed berries, menthol, and dried herbs, followed by a full-bodied palate with punchy tannins and solid structure.
